We feel it’s a huge disservice to our clients if we just give you a USB or DVD of the most memorable time of your life. Not only that, it’s truly not in your best interest. Let me explain why….10-25 years from now, where is the iPad or tablet going to be? Where is that CD going to be? That USB cord or CD drive? What about 150 years from now or longer? With the constant changes in technology, I don’t need to tell you that, the CD you’ve purchased may not look super amazing on technology years later. There’s a huge possibility it won’t be viewable at all. Prints & albums are our only true future proof medium. They can travel from family to family or sit on a bookshelf for numerous years & still be viewed with no additional effort required by anyone. Forget what happens 30-50 years from now, does viewing digital images REALLY come close to holding & viewing your actual piece of artwork in person? We honestly do not believe it does.

Just think about it after the glitz and glamour, THE DRESS, THE SHOES, the hair, the makeup, the venue, the limo, the catering, the horse carriage ride, the flock of doves released during the kiss, the fireworks and all the other things that we as brides purchase for our big day - all that's left is one of your biggest investment ---> your amazing pictures {{in a gorgeous album or prints}}. At Vine & Vow  we offers the highest quality in prints, card art, canvas wraps, gallery wraps, and our famous "Chosen Album. Once you see your artwork in person, you’ll be so glad that you’ve made the right choice.  Don’t get us wrong, we do offer digital images….in the most amazing Gallery Photo Album, Phone App or Crystal USB Drive (that can be purchased separately). But...that's just not ALL we offer.

Fort Worth Wedding Album

reason one

The photo laboratory we use only sells to professional photographers; it is not open to the general public. Their standards for color correction and color control are many steps above what you would find at a drugstore, Costco, or Walmart. When we submit photos to print at our lab, we know that print is going to look very close to what we see on our screen in terms of color. Skin tones will be rich and creamy without strange green or purple shifts commonly seen at cheaper printing sources. Prints will be luminous and vibrant. Colors will be true to what you see only our screen.

reason two

We put as much care into the packaging and presentation of our products as the prints themselves! Unlike cheap prints at a big-box retail store, our photographs come beautifully presented in acid-free material so they may stay well preserved in their packaging.

reason three

The cropping and editing of images for different sizes of prints may seem like a trivial matter, but it can make all the difference in how your final product turns out. Cropping an image perfectly for various print sizes takes a trained artistic eye and great care to preserve the essence of the image, even if parts of it are being cut out. Without an experienced eye to crop images properly, your photographs may come out in uncomfortable or awkward compositions.

reason four

We absolutely, 100% stand by our products. If you’re not satisfied, we aren’t either - and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure that your print products are delivered perfectly. We’ll walk you through the process of ordering prints from start to finish, including sending proofs and showing you examples of our printed products before you place your order.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Another photographer is cheaper, can you match their price?

The service we provide is completely unique, based on years of experience and hard work to develop our own style of photography and client care. We do not consider our work to be comparable to any other photographer - and vice versa - for the simple reason that it is custom art. Our pricing is determined based on our extensive experience, quality of images, superior level of attention we provide to clients, and demand for our time. As such, we cannot price-match based on what others are charging. We are always happy to accommodate a range of budgets and payment options to make your dreams become a reality. We would love to meet with you in-person and see what possibilities we can come up with!

Can I reach you and how?

Here for you, always! Communicating with my clients is huge part of what I love so much about weddings. I remain friends with many of my clients long after I’ve finished our initial session together (and I enjoy continuing to hear about and document their journey - maternity and family portraits anyone???). Feel free to email or text me with any questions, comments or concerns you may have. I look forward to serving you.

We're ready to set a date, but really want you. What if you're not available?

In our experience, many couples choose their wedding date based on the
availability of their desired photographer - sometimes up to a year and a half
in advance! If you are set on having our studio photograph your wedding,
perhaps we could work together to find a date that is not yet booked. If your date does not have flexibility, we would be very happy to refer you to another photographer in the area that we work with regularly that has our same style and customer service.

Will there be a second shooter?

A Second Shooter can be added for $400.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Where is that CD going to be? That USB cord or CD drive? What about 150 years from now or longer? With the constant changes in technology, I don’t need to tell you that, the CD you’ve purchased may not look super amazing on technology years later. There’s a huge possibility it won’t be viewable at all. Prints & albums are our only true future proof medium. You can either print directly from your gallery (family and friends as well) or you can take it to your local shop. Keep in mind, colors are subject to change with an outside printing company.

When will I receive my images?

We are just about as excited as you are to share your beautiful images with you
and the world! As stated in our contract and interactions, we generally take
between 8-12 weeks to deliver final images to clients. We spend a great
deal of time cropping, editing and post-processing raw material from the camera
to produce artwork of the caliber you see in our portfolio. The end result is
a gallery of beautifully presented, polished images that will last a lifetime - but it
does take a bit of time to create. We thank you so much for your patience and truly appreciate your enthusiasm. It’s worth the wait - we promise!
[Off Peak 6-8 weeks | Wedding Peak - 10-12 weeks]

Will you give me a discount if I edit the images myself?

We do not consider un-edited images to be a deliverable product. The material
that comes straight out of the camera is unfinished, and we work for hours to
take each image from this raw state to a client-worthy art piece. The un-edited
images are only a part of our process, and we cannot release our work until we
are satisfied with it. Our method of editing images is a large part of what makes our style unique, and we would not have the clients or reputation we do without it. Editing isn’t simply a matter of playing around with software - it’s a special artistic process that we’ve developed over many years.
